With the HiScout Questionnaire, security managers can create digital questionnaire templates, automatically send them to specialist contacts and import the results into the HiScout database with a single click after checking them. The procedure is suitable for both – the initial collection of data as well as regular data maintenance. Typical use cases are, for example, retaining the processes for compliance with IT Basic Protection and Data Protection. It is also useful for protection requirement assessments and general surveys within the company.

Automated e-mail workflow
In addition to the questionnaire templates, HiScout Questionnaire also stores the responsible persons, recipients and e-mail templates. The data collection workflow is then fully automated. Completed questionnaires are sent back to the person who is responsible, to be checked. The person responsible can then check and accept the answers individually or reject them with explanatory comments in case of discrepancies, thereby triggering further rounds of processing. When reading the data into the HiScout software, changes to previous versions are saved and documented in an audit-proof manner. Thereby, error source of manual data entry is eliminated.

Customise your questionnaires according to the specifications of your organisation. Provide background information and explanatory texts for individual questions and superordinate topics. Pre-assign the selection fields with HiScout data.

Include all persons in the data collection who are involved in the process. Even recipients, who do not work with HiScout, can receive the questionnaire and access it via a web browser. A PDF version is available for service providers and suppliers. Interviews in person are no longer necessary.

A digital interview partner is available for the interviewee. Topic-related explanations, images, videos and assistance in filling out forms support the correct data collection and increase data quality. Depending on the answers given previously, only the questions relevant to them are displayed.
Secure Data Collection
The person responsible can easily monitor and document the data collection process using the overviews and reports provided by HiScout. The user authorisations can be considered in the answering options, in order to comply with data protection and security requirements.
